- Why do you want to join this company? – Here you’ll want to explain why you’re excited to help them reach their goals (not so much about why you’re excited about what great benefits they offer).
- Why should we give you the job over the other candidates? – This is another version of “Why should we hire you?” that a lot of hiring managers like to ask that throws a lot of candidates. This is the ultimate job interview question.
I want to encourage you to do as much as you can to prepare for the interview ahead of time. Prepare answers for many more questions than you think you’ll be asked, do your homework, and create a 30-60-90-day plan.
