Many companies use personality tests (such as DISC, Caliper, or Gallup) as an additional evaluation for potential new hires (even though there’s some controversy over whether or not personality assessments are fair. It’s not something that a candidate can prepare for (like you can prepare for an interview) but it’s still a significant factor, which means it can cause a lot of anxiety.
