What does it take to win in the job search?  Purpose, Knowledge, and Desire.

Job searching can be hard. There’s a lot of rejection built into the process, which means it can sap your morale.  But to win, you have to keep going.  Remember your purpose.  Know what you want and learn how to get it.  Make it the most important project you work on.  Don’t let anything hold you back.

The two biggest obstacles that hold most job seekers back are getting their resume right, and getting it in front of hiring managers (finding jobs).
