This is the quote you should keep at the top of your mind this year for yourself, your job search, and your career.

I speak with people every day (in my career coaching sessions) who have limited themselves and their goals.  It only takes a change in thinking, a few different actions, and new expectations, and they are able to achieve great and exciting things. You can, too.

It is my hope for you that you astound yourself this year.  Do what you are capable of. Dream big. Try something new. Do what you think you can’t, or you are afraid to do.
