In every job interview, you’re likely to get some version of the question, “Why do you want to work here?”

Even though the first answer that pops into your brain might be, “The paycheck will keep me from being homeless,” don’t say it.  It’s one of the many critical mistakes you can make in the job interview.

In the video below, I’m going to tell you a few other things you absolutely should never say in response to that question–but I’ll also give you tips for how you should answer it so that it plays up your best qualities and fits into your interview strategy.
