What are the upcoming free training webinars?

In the past, Career Confidential hosted a great number of free training webinars.  At the present time, we have suspended the production and presentation of free training webinars in order for Peggy to concentrate on one-on-one coaching with jobseekers and career professionals.

If we decide to again host free training webinars, there should be ample places on the website to see those schedule and we will, of course, update this entry on the FAQ.

How do I access my products?

All purchased products can be found on the Career Confidential Members' website.
You must login in order to access your products and training.

  • After your initial log in, you can change your password to something you will remember.
  • Once you are logged in, choose your product from the list.

Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm Central Time. If you contact us outside normal business hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible, no later than the next business day.

How do I retrieve my password?

The fastest way to retrieve your password if you have forgotten it is to click "Login" from any page on our website. Then click on "Lost Your Password?" and your password will be emailed to you.

If you have any problems, contact us by phone or email, but remember we can only respond during our normal business hours.

 

What is Total Access Coaching, or TAC?

Total Access Coaching was our members-only group coaching club with private access to intensive training via video and group coaching calls where members can ask questions and interact with a job search coach.

Peggy hosted these bi-weekly coaching calls for approximately 10 years, but suspended the coaching sessions due to the global pandemic and the intense technical burden to host those live sessions.

There are hundreds and hundreds of archived sessions.  We have added more than 30 of the best sessions to our Job Search Video Training Library where all coaching membership clients can get access.  You can find out more about coaching memberships and the various level by visiting this page.

If you would be interested in having access to the entire TAC video archives, drop eggy a note by email or use the contact us page and let her know.  With enough interest, we may be able to create a reasonably priced method to deliver value to you and our other clients.

How can I get personal coaching?

Career Confidential provides a wide variety of knowledgeable coaches with broad experience in job search and career topics; small, medium, and large business challenges; and web-based eCommerce consulting.

We will coach you one-on-one to solve any and all issues you are having with landing that next job, promotion opportunity, or business situation!

How does professional coaching work?

All coaching is done by phone, Skype, or Zoom, and we can record your session for you to look back at later. Coaching is purchased in hour segments, and I offer 3 hours for the price of 2 if you think you’ll need more time. I like to break up your coaching sessions into 30-minute segments, so that you can go work on what we talk about. This helps you get the most out of your session because you have time to put techniques into practice, ask questions, clarify information, and get feedback.

Will Peggy review my resume?

Your resume can be Peggy-reviewed through 1:1 coaching or through the weekly online meetings in the Executive Membership.

Your success is our main concern. If you purchase coaching time and are dissatisfied, please call our office (972) 382-3139 and we can refund any unused portion of your purchase.

What’s the difference between a product and a subscription?

A product is a tool that you purchase one time and enjoy lifetime access to from any internet-connected device in the world. All products include free automatic upgrades for life, and are backed by a 100% money-back guarantee for a full year from the date of purchase.

A subscription is a monthly service, like the various levels of coaching memberships offer, such as the Executive Level Membership. You will have access to all that program’s materials while you have the service. If you cancel a subscription, future monthly payments will cease and you will be refunded your charges for the current month only. You will no longer have access to any of the materials related to your subscription, such as TAC archives and all the Members-Only products that are included in the memberships.

If you cancel a subscription, you will still have access to any products you have purchased.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Simply email support@careerconfidential.com or call our office ((972) 382-3139) and request a cancellation. We will stop any further billing for that program and refund the charge for the most current month.
