Along with 5 years of successfully coaching job seekers with Career Confidential, Charity has 15+ years as an educator in public schools and the Marine Military Academy. Her strengths in instruction, research, and technology, along with her additional experience in distance education, make her an excellent fit for coaching you to your job offer.
Charity holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Secondary Mathematics and Computer Information Systems from Oklahoma State University and a Masters in Library Science from the University of North Texas. She’s held leadership roles in every organization she’s worked with.

How a Coaching Call with Charity Works
All coaching is done either by phone, Skype, or other software—you will not meet in person. You purchase and schedule time through Acuity. No matter how much time you purchase, coaching sessions can be broken down into as little as 30 minutes each if you wish. One advantage of multiple sessions is that it allows you to take Charity’s advice or direction, complete a few critical tasks, and come back for feedback and next steps.
