How do I access my products?

All purchased products can be found on the Career Confidential Members' page.

You must login in order to access your products.

* After your initial log in, you can change your password to something you will remember.

How do I retrieve my password?

The fastest way to retrieve your password if you have forgotten it is to click "Login" from any page on our website. Then click on "Lost Your Password?" and your password will be emailed to you.

If you have any problems, click "Live Chat" or contact us by phone or email, but remember we can only respond during our normal business hours.

What is Total Access Coaching, or TAC?

Total Access Coaching is our members-only group coaching club with private access to intensive training via video and group coaching calls where members can ask questions and interact with a job search coach.

Coaching

How can I get personal coaching?

Career Confidential provides a wide variety of knowledgeable coaches with broad experience in job search and career topics; small, medium, and large business challenges; and web-based eCommerce consulting.

We will coach you one-on-one to solve any and all issues you are having with landing that next job, promotion opportunity, or business situation!

How does professional coaching work?

 

You choose your coach and purchase the time you need at an available time on the schedule.

If you purchase more than 30 minutes of coaching, you have the option to break up the time into several sessions of at least 30 minutes each.  You don't have to use the time all at once. You can use it over several weeks.

Coaching sessions are either on the phone, through Skype, or through GoToMeeting. Some sessions can be recorded and sent to you for playback later (let us know on the form you will fill out for coaching prior to your session). This is extremely helpful for improving your communication skills.

 

Will Peggy review my resume?

There are several ways to obtain a personal review of your resume:

  • Purchase a Personal Job Search Evaluation (available here) which includes a review of your resume along with a review of your current job search situation and corresponding guidance.
  • Purchase our Extreme Resume Makeover Kit (available here) which includes a review of your NEWLY redone resume once you have applied the training and techniques outlined in the kit.
  • Purchase personalized one-one-one coaching from Peggy (available here) which includes a review on not only your resume, but other vital career documents.

You can also get a resume review as part of your personalized one-on-one coaching from any of our job search coaches (available here), but the review will be done by the coach that you are working with, not Peggy herself.

What is your money back guarantee and refund policy on products?

You are free to keep any and all material that you have downloaded that was part of the coaching sessions purchase, at absolutely no charge.

What’s the difference between a product and a subscription?

A product is a tool that you purchase one time and enjoy lifetime access to from any internet-connected device in the world. All products include free automatic upgrades for life, and are backed by a 100% money-back guarantee for a full year from the date of purchase.

A subscription is a monthly service, like Total Access Coaching or Peggy’s Podcast Weekly. You will have access to all that program’s materials while you have the service. If you cancel a subscription, future monthly payments will cease and you will be refunded your charges for the current month only. You will no longer have access to any of the materials related to your subscription, such as TAC archives.

If you cancel a subscription, you will still have access to any products you have purchased.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Simply email support@careerconfidential.com or call our office (800-691-2562 or 972-382-3139) and request a cancellation. We will stop any further billing for that program and refund the charge for the most current month.
