Monday Motivator – Job Search Success

Flower

The successful person has the habit
of doing the things failures don’t
like to do. They don’t like doing
them either necessarily. But their
disliking is subordinated to the
strength of their purpose.

Certainly, not many of us like the job search. It can be full of fear and rejection. It can be hard to make that phone call, send that resume, or even explain to someone that you’re unemployed right now.  It sure isn’t fun.

Don’t let anything hold you back in your job search.  Push past those problems and do the things you hate doing. Your purpose is clear, and those issues don’t matter.  Keep moving, be strategic, and you’ll be successful.

The two biggest obstacles that hold most job seekers back are getting their resume right, and getting it in front of hiring managers (finding jobs).

If those are holding you back (for any reason at all), check out my:

Extreme Resume Makeover Kit that coaches you through even sticky job history issues

Hidden Jobs Finder, which puts you in front of lots of hiring managers for potential jobs and gets you multiple interviews
